I have been annoying my younger friends about the symptoms and seeing a good GP, and now I will annoy them again by sharing this article 😆🩷
It is a minefield. I looked at the ingredients that Dr Mary Claire has in hers and found options I could buy here. I’m also resistant to whey protein because of autoimmune stuff so I look for plant based. I encourage you to do same research as I’m not a nutritionist or dietitian (or find someone who is qualified to advise) x

Do you use tablets for your supplements or do you favour powder form?
I use a mix ... depends on the supplement. Anything in my smoothie is powder.
