I use a mix ... depends on the supplement. Anything in my smoothie is powder.

Thanks for sharing your experience Nikki. Like you I spent my peri years not knowing what was happening with my body. I feel as though a decade of my life has passed without my property participating in it. So happy to be on the right path now with HRT, supplements, exercise and sleep hygiene. Life is infinitely brighter these days!

Thank you for posting this and using your influence to help other women, Nikki! I, like you, wish i had known what I do now in my 40s, it would have been a much happier time. I have been annoying my younger friends about the symptoms and seeing a good GP, and now I will annoy them again by sharing this article 😆🩷

It is a minefield. I looked at the ingredients that Dr Mary Claire has in hers and found options I could buy here. I’m also resistant to whey protein because of autoimmune stuff so I look for plant based. I encourage you to do same research as I’m not a nutritionist or dietitian (or find someone who is qualified to advise) x
